1. Introduction
D2N.in is a technology service provider that enables independent Sellers (D2N Network Members) to sell their products online through their personalized subdomain stores. D2N.in does not manufacture, sell, or provide warranties on any products. Each Seller on D2N.in operates independently and is responsible for their own product warranties. Buyers must review the Seller’s warranty policy before making a purchase.
2. Seller-Specific Warranty Policies
- Each Seller on D2N.in defines their own warranty terms, coverage, and duration based on the product type.
- Buyers should check the Seller’s warranty details on the product page or contact the Seller directly for clarification.
- If a Seller does not specify a warranty policy, the product is considered sold without a warranty by default.
3. Warranty Coverage & Eligibility
Warranty policies vary by Seller and may cover:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues due to faulty materials or workmanship.
- Functional Defects: Products that do not perform as intended within the warranty period.
- Limited Warranty Duration: Some products may have a time-bound warranty (e.g., 6 months, 1 year).
- Repair or Replacement: The Seller may offer repairs, replacements, or refunds as per their policy.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.
- Normal wear and tear from regular usage.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party servicing.
- Consumables such as batteries, accessories, and packaging materials unless explicitly mentioned.
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Buyers must contact the Seller directly to initiate a warranty claim.
- The Buyer may need to provide proof of purchase, order details, and images/videos of the issue.
- If the claim is approved, the Seller will provide repair, replacement, or refund options based on their warranty terms.
- Shipping costs for warranty claims (if applicable) will be determined by the Seller’s policy.
5. No Warranty from D2N.in
- D2N.in does not provide any warranties on behalf of Sellers.
- D2N.in is not liable for warranty disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
- Buyers must carefully review the Seller’s warranty policy before purchasing.
6. Dispute Resolution
- If a Buyer and Seller cannot resolve a warranty claim, the Buyer may report the issue to D2N.in for review.
- D2N.in does not enforce warranties but may take action against Sellers with repeated complaints.
- Buyers are encouraged to check Seller ratings, reviews, and warranty details before purchasing.
7. Platform Liability
- D2N.in is not responsible for product defects, repairs, or replacements.
- All warranty claims must be resolved directly between the Buyer and Seller.
- D2N.in does not provide compensation or guarantees for warranty-related issues.
8. Amendments & Updates
- Sellers may update their warranty policies at their discretion.
- D2N.in may update this Policy periodically and will notify users of significant changes.
- Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Policy.
