D2N.in is a technology service provider that enables independent Sellers (D2N Network Members) to sell their products online through their personalized subdomain stores. D2N.in does not sell products directly or manage shipping and delivery. Each Seller on D2N.in operates independently and is responsible for their own shipping policies, costs, and timelines. Buyers must review the Seller’s shipping policy before purchasing.

2. Seller-Specific Shipping Policies

  • Each Seller on D2N.in defines their own shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times.
  • Buyers should check the Seller’s shipping policy on the product page or Seller’s store before placing an order.
  • If a Seller does not specify a shipping policy, Buyers must contact the Seller for details before ordering.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes

  • Shipping fees are determined by the Seller and will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).
  • Sellers may offer various shipping options such as standard, expedited, or local delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the Seller’s location, Buyer’s address, and shipping provider used by the Seller.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors like weather, logistics delays, or high order volumes.

4. Order Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

  • If tracking is available, the Seller will provide a tracking number once the order is shipped.
  • Buyers should track their shipments using the provided tracking details or by contacting the Seller directly.
  • D2N.in does not provide tracking support as it does not handle logistics.

5. Non-Delivery & Shipping Delays

Buyers must contact the Seller for any issues related to:

  • Delayed shipments beyond the estimated delivery date.
  • Non-delivery of an order after the Seller’s stated timeframe.
  • Lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Failed delivery attempts where the Buyer was unavailable to receive the package.

D2N.in does not provide refunds or compensation for shipping-related issues. Buyers must resolve disputes directly with the Seller.

6. International Shipping

  • International shipping availability depends on the Seller’s policies.
  • Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply, and the Buyer is responsible for these charges.
  • Buyers should verify customs regulations before placing international orders.

7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, the Buyer must report it to the Seller immediately.
  • Sellers may have specific policies for handling shipping-related damages or return claims.
  • Buyers should refer to the Seller’s Return & Refund Policy for more details.

8. Platform Liability

  • D2N.in is not responsible for shipping, delivery delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments.
  • Buyers and Sellers must resolve any shipping disputes directly.
  • D2N.in does not provide compensation or refunds for shipping-related issues.

9. Amendments & Updates

  • Sellers may update their shipping policies at their discretion.
  • D2N.in may update this Policy periodically and will notify users of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Policy.
