D2N.in Return Policy

1. Introduction

D2N.in is a technology service provider that enables independent Sellers (D2N Network Members) to sell their products online through their personalized subdomain stores. D2N.in does not sell products directly or handle returns and refunds. Each Seller on D2N.in operates independently and has their own return policies. Buyers must review the Seller’s return policy before purchasing.

2. Seller-Specific Return Policies

  • Every Seller on D2N.in has the right to define their own return, exchange, and refund policy based on the product type and business model.
  • Buyers should check the Seller’s return policy on the product page or the Seller’s store before making a purchase.
  • If the Seller does not offer returns, the order will be considered non-returnable and non-refundable by default.

3. Return Eligibility

Buyers may be eligible for a return under the following conditions (as per Seller policy):

  • Damaged or Defective Product: The product received is broken, faulty, or significantly different from the description.
  • Incorrect Item Received: The Buyer received a wrong product compared to what was ordered.
  • Non-Delivery: The product was not delivered within the Seller’s promised timeframe.
  • Service-Related Issues: If a purchased service was not provided as promised.

Returns may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s Change of Mind: If the Buyer no longer wants the product after purchase.
  • Custom-Made or Perishable Goods: Items that are personalized or have an expiry date.
  • Digital Products or Services: Non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the Seller.

4. Return Process

  • Buyers must contact the Seller directly using the contact details provided on the Seller’s subdomain store.
  • The Seller will review the request and determine return eligibility based on their policy.
  • If the return is approved, the Seller will provide instructions for shipping the item back (if applicable).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the Seller based on their refund timeline and payment method.

5. Cancellations

  • Before Order Processing: Buyers may request order cancellation if the Seller has not yet shipped the product.
  • After Order Processing: Cancellations may not be allowed once the order is shipped. Buyers must refer to the Seller’s cancellation policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • If a Buyer and Seller cannot reach a resolution, the Buyer may report the issue to D2N.in for review.
  • D2N.in does not issue refunds or enforce returns, but we may take action against Sellers with repeated complaints.
  • Buyers are encouraged to use secure payment methods and verify Seller policies before making a purchase.

7. Platform Liability

  • D2N.in is not responsible for product quality, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • All transactions and returns are handled directly by the Seller.
  • D2N.in does not guarantee refunds for transactions made on Seller subdomain stores.

8. Amendments & Updates

  • Sellers may update their return policies at their discretion.
  • D2N.in may update this Policy periodically and will notify users of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the Platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised Policy.
