  • Most of our products are manufactured on a customized or made-to-order basis, depending on the customer’s specific requirements and project scope.
  • Due to the customization involved, we cannot guarantee fixed or assured delivery timelines upfront.

1.2 Delivery Timeline Discussion:

  • Customers are advised to discuss their expected delivery timeline before placing an order.
  • We will review our ongoing production schedule and provide a tentative delivery timeline based on material availability, workload, and design complexity.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Orders will be processed only after the final specifications, requirements, and terms are agreed upon between the customer and National Iron Works.
2.2 Any modifications to the order after confirmation may affect the production and delivery timeline.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Method:

  • Shipping arrangements will be discussed with the customer based on the size, weight, and type of product being delivered.
  • We may arrange shipping through our trusted logistics partners, or customers can opt to arrange their own pickup.

3.2 Shipping Charges:

5.2 In such cases, we will promptly inform the customer and work together to manage the revised delivery timeline.

6. Inspection and Delivery Guidelines

6.1 Inspection on Delivery:

6.2 Pickup Option:

  • For large machinery or equipment, customers may also opt to arrange their own pickup from our manufacturing unit at:
