1. Introduction
Welcome to D2N.in ("Platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the platform as a vendor, buyer, or visitor. By using D2N.in, you agree to comply with these terms.
D2N.in is a technology service provider that enables vendors to create their own subdomain stores and sell products independently. D2N.in does not manage transactions, payments, or inventory for vendors.
2. User Roles & Responsibilities
2.1 For Vendors (Sellers on D2N.in)
- Vendors must provide accurate business details during registration.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining up-to-date information, including contact details, product listings, and tax compliance.
- Vendors must ensure that their products comply with all applicable laws and do not violate third-party rights.
- Prohibited Items: Vendors must not list illegal, counterfeit, or misleading products.
- Vendors are solely responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds as per their policies.
- Vendors receive payments directly from buyers, and D2N.in is not responsible for payment processing or disputes.
2.2 For Buyers (Customers on D2N.in)
- Buyers can purchase directly from vendors through their subdomain stores.
- Buyers must verify product details, seller policies, and terms before making a purchase.
- Payments are made directly to the vendor, and D2N.in does not hold funds or guarantee refunds.
- Buyers must contact the vendor for any order-related issues, including delivery, returns, and warranty claims.
2.3 For Visitors
- Visitors can browse the platform without registration but must comply with all applicable platform policies.
3. Product Listings & Content
- Vendors must ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and not misleading.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring product compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Any false advertising or misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
4. Payments & Transactions
- D2N.in does not process payments—all payments occur directly between buyers and vendors.
- Buyers must verify vendor payment details before making a transaction.
- Any payment disputes must be resolved between the vendor and buyer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Vendors manage their own shipping, delivery timelines, and tracking.
- Buyers must check the seller's shipping policy before placing an order.
- D2N.in is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or shipping disputes.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Vendors define their own return and refund policies, which are displayed on their store pages.
- Buyers must follow the vendor’s return process if applicable.
- D2N.in does not handle refunds or enforce return policies but may take action against vendors with repeated complaints.
7. GST & Compliance
- Vendors must determine whether GST registration is required based on their sales volume and location.
- Vendors are solely responsible for tax compliance, invoicing, and reporting.
- D2N.in does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of vendors.
8. Acceptable Use & Platform Guidelines
- Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, misleading listings, or abusive behavior.
- Any attempt to manipulate pricing, fake reviews, or deceive customers will result in immediate suspension.
- Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Vendors and buyers must first attempt to resolve disputes directly.
- If an issue remains unresolved, buyers may report the issue to D2N.in for review.
- D2N.in does not mediate transactions or process refunds but may take action against vendors with excessive complaints.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
- D2N.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Repeated customer complaints or fraudulent activities.
- Selling prohibited or misleading products.
- Suspended vendors may request reinstatement by addressing the reported issues.
11. Amendments & Updates
- D2N.in may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
