1. Introduction
Welcome to D2N.in ("Platform"). These Terms & Conditions for Buyers ("Terms") govern your use of D2N.in as a customer or visitor. By accessing or purchasing from D2N Network Members - Subdomain store at Direct to Nation ("Sellers") through their subdomain stores, you agree to comply with these Terms.
D2N.in is a technology service provider that enables independent businesses to sell their products and services online. D2N.in does not sell products directly, manage orders, or process payments. Transactions occur directly between Buyers and Sellers.
2. Buying from a D2N Network Member (Subdomain store at Direct to Nation)
- Buyers can browse and purchase products/services directly from Seller subdomain stores (e.g., sellername.d2n.in).
- Product descriptions, pricing, and policies (returns, warranties, etc.) are set by Sellers.
- Buyers are responsible for verifying product details before placing an order.
3. Payments & Transactions
- Payments are made directly to the Seller as per their payment options.
- D2N.in does not handle or guarantee payment security, refunds, or chargebacks.
- Buyers should verify payment methods before proceeding with any transaction.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Sellers manage their own shipping processes, including delivery timelines and tracking.
- Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and handling policies are determined by Sellers.
- D2N.in is not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or damaged products.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Each Seller has its own return, refund, and cancellation policy. Buyers must check these policies before purchasing.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed by the Seller according to their terms.
- D2N.in does not process or guarantee refunds for purchases made on Seller stores.
6. Buyer Responsibilities
By using D2N.in, Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and shipping details when placing an order.
- Follow each Seller’s store policies regarding payments, returns, and warranties.
- Avoid fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or misleading claims.
- Contact the Seller directly for order issues before escalating disputes.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Buyers must attempt to resolve issues directly with the Seller.
- If a Seller fails to respond or resolve the dispute, Buyers can report the issue to D2N.in for review.
- D2N.in may take action against Sellers for repeated complaints but does not offer refunds or compensation.
8. Acceptable Use of the Platform
- Buyers must not misuse the Platform for fraudulent activities, harassment, or false reviews.
- D2N.in reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate policies.
- Misuse of the Platform may lead to legal consequences.
9. Limitation of Liability
- D2N.in is not liable for any financial loss, disputes, or damages arising from transactions.
- D2N.in is not responsible for product quality, shipping delays, or customer service issues.
- Buyers assume all risks when purchasing from Sellers using the Platform.
10. Amendments & Updates
- D2N.in may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
